A fast and easy crustless Carnivore Skillet Pepperoni Pizza will satisfy that pizza craving! No need to miss family pizza night just because you are doing a Carnivore Challenge!  One pan and just a few ingredients!

Cast Iron Carnivore Skillet Pepperoni Pizza

I absolutely love how easy this pizza is!

Not only can you be eating this in under 30 minutes, it really has only 3-4 main ingredients plus whatever seasonings you want to add!

You can keep this carnivore pizza simple or you can add all your favorite meat toppings!

Make it a true Meat Lovers Pizza!

Note: This Carnivore Diet Recipe recipe is appropriate for Relaxed Carnivore, which allows for eggs, dairy and spices.  Read here to learn about the basics of the Carnivore diet.

What you will need to make this Carnivore Pizza

  • Eggs
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Mayonnaise, tallow, bacon fat or lard
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Italian Seasoning 
  • A cast iron pan.  A 2 handled pan is ideal for taking in and out of the oven.

The recipe makes 4 big pieces.

Carnivore Skillet Pepperoni Pizza

This cast iron skillet pepperoni pizza recipe is good for both Keto as well as relaxed Carnivore. If you are doing a Carnivore challenge, you don't have to miss pizza night! Serve with wings on the side!

Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 15 minutes
Total Time 25 minutes

Ingredients

Pizza Base

  • 2 oz (1/2 cup) mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise or melted tallow, lard or butter
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp each garlic and onion powder
  • pinch of salt to taste

Pizza Topping

  • pepperoni slices to cover pizza (I used 30 mini slices for this pizza)
  • more cheese to sprinkle on top as desired
  • 2 oz shredded parmesan
  • more Italian seasoning if desired

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Grease a cast iron frying pan
  3. Beat together in a bowl, eggs, cheese, 2 tbsp fat and seasoning
  4. Pour the batter into the cast iron pan
  5. Sprinkle the top with more seasonings, top with pepperoni and cheese
  6. Bake in oven for 15 minutes or until pizza is puffy and starting to brown on top
  7. Cut into 4 pieces and enjoy!
