Today, we’re going to make low-carb carnivore bagels with only FIVE simple ingredients to replace a classic breakfast sandwich you may feel like you’re missing out on.
This is one of my go-to, easy-to-make, carnivore recipes!
This recipe is perfect if you need a fast breakfast (or lunch) that complies with the carnivore diet, or if you love bagels (or bagel sandwiches) and want a low-carb option.
These keto meat bagels have very minimal ingredients and they’re clean for the most part.
Many keto recipes use melted butter, cream cheese, coconut flour, and even things like xanthan gum.
But this recipe is so simple, it doesn’t use any of that.
What Kind of Meat Should I Use?
You can make these keto bagels with ground pork, chicken, or any meat you like, but for this recipe, I’m using ground beef.
What Kind of Flour Should I Use for Meat Bagels?
For my flour, I’m using carnivore crisps, but you can also use chicken or organ meat flour. Or you can make your own meat flour.
You can also use pork rind panko (ground pork rinds, but use double the amount, 4 tablespoons instead of the 2 tablespoons I use in this recipe).

Should I Add Protein Gelatin?
Protein Gelatin is optional but my opinion was they toasted crispier when I used it.
How Should I Season My Carnivore Bagels?
I’m using Redmond’s Salt, but you can season however you like.
Some ideas for seasoning:
- Caraway seeds
- Poppy seeds
- Bacon bits
- Everything bagel seasoning
