So, you’re Keto and you want a milkshake REALLY bad. I have great news for you! This easy Keto Milkshake recipe is a super fast and simple way to start your day and get the super food spice Turmeric on  your side for inflammation! The spice combination is absolutely delicious!

Although the recipe calls for canned coconut milk, there are at least 3 versions in my grocery store so choose according to how you want to do your macros. You can buy:

  1. Full fat coconut cream
  2. Regular coconut milk
  3. Low fat coconut milk  

I have also tried this with the unsweetened coconut milk that I use in my coffee and it still tastes great. So it really just depends on your desired fat macros.

  • 1/2 cup almond milk (unsweetened)

  1. When you say stevia, are you using liquid, powder, or another form (like glycerite)?
    What would be a good substitute- swerve, monk fruit?

    1. In this instance I used powdered from a bag, but feel free to substitute whatever you have on hand. I recently discovered that I much prefer monkfruit, so that’s what I’m using lately. Swerve is good too!
