Juicy Keto Feta Burgers for Keto and PSMF

In July of 2021 I started adding some PSMF days to my week (2-3 days per week).  If you are not sure what that is, read this informative article on PSMF here.

This recipe was a lifesaver on PSMF!  As soon as I tasted them I knew it was going to be ok and that I could do it!

PS: I lost 9lbs in July and another 5lbs in August after being stalled for 3 months. These juicy turkey burgers helped me get through!

  • 1 tbsp Italian or Greek Seasoning
  • salt and pepper to taste

If doing regular high fat Keto, Ketovore or Carnivore you can make these substitutions:

  • Use a whole large egg rather than egg whites
  • Use full fat Goat Feta Cheese
  • Carnivores can choose to leave out the Greek seasoning

On Pinterest you have macros with 1 whole egg but this recipe has egg white. What are the macros with the egg white?

    1. The Macros are at the bottom of the Recipe Card. Sometimes the recipe card will drop the macros for no reason and I have now refreshed the card and they are back. Just a caution that the macros are only good if you make this with exactly the same ingredients. So if macros are important to you then you should be always double checking them yourself with whatever app you are using to keep track. If it’s just for guideline purposes then what is here should be fine!

I used the Western Creamery 0.08% dry cottage cheese instead of the feta cheese. It significantly lowered the fat content and it crumbles just like the feta cheese does.
    I’m in Ontario.
